Purpose: Creation of new transgenic lines, rederivation, cryopreservation, and consultation

Major Instruments/Services: Providing pronuclear microinjection for the production of standard transgenic mice, blastocyst injections for the production of knockout and knock-in mice, rederivation services, and embryo cryopreservation; consultation for design of transgenes or targeting constructs
