Core Facility: Nutrition Evaluation Laboratory

Purpose: Comprehensive analytical service in nutritional biochemistry; a specimen processing unit for receiving, aliquoting, tracking and storing specimens

Major Instruments/Services: Hematology, blood chemistry, water-soluble vitamins, fat-soluble vitamins, lipids, proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates, hormones, enzymes, cytokines, minerals and urinalysis procedures

Fee: Yes

Access: The core would be available to the Tufts Community, however any work done in the department must be related to the HNRCA Mission. All work requests must be submitted to the Director of the Center in the form of any LOI and must be related to Nutrition, Diet and Aging.
